Tradeoff
Keep the Telegram flow fast while preserving an inspectable commitment, oracle reveal, and result path.
Evidence
Public site and contracts repository, sanitized bot screens, and authenticated private commit history for the web and bot work.
Public verification path
A result the player can inspect
The bot submits a game transaction containing a commitment and Solana slot. After the reveal buffer, the oracle publishes the secret and the public verifier recomputes the result.

Product scope
I implemented the web verifier and worked on Telegram wallet and game UX with the founder. The contract, commitment, and oracle reveal describe the system that those surfaces integrate with.

Verifiable results
The contracts record a commitment and a Solana slot. The oracle reveals the secret after a buffer. Players can inspect the transaction used to calculate the winner.

Release state
The contracts run on Solana mainnet and their source is public. The bot and verifier are live, but their repositories are not public.
